HEALING THROUGH SERVICE

Professional practice opportunity for Maui wildfire survivors, with a lucrative one year internship in farming or value-added food preparation.

Creating future stewards for Maui’s organic farming movement.

We are seeking 3 interns ready to join our mission!

The program offers eligible wildfire survivors year-long contracted internships with lucrative compensation and RENT-FREE accommodation.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Eligible candidates can live at Okoa’s 3 bedroom work housing at no charge. With Rent and Utilities covered, you will be able to save $12,000 in housing fees.

Receive training under professional guidance of ‘Oko’a Farms with a total $25 hourly subsidy.

PGF will provide support throughout the journey as you learn and grow among seasoned organic farmers.

Charting farm operations with a computerized database, tracking, and documentation
